The staff is welcoming. Clean, neat and beautiful place to be at. Doctor Brandon explained procedures step by step, and answered all questions. Jessica gave us a tour and she is very welcoming and my son felt comfortable talking with her. Financial manager is very kind and understanding. Waiting room has a lot of entertainment for kids. We absolutely love this office! From the moment you walk in, the staff makes you feel welcome and taken care of. They’re always incredibly efficient. We’ve never had to wait past our appointment time. The front desk, assistants, and orthodontist are all so kind, patient, and professional. The office itself is always so festive with the best decorations, which makes every visit feel fun and uplifting. The orthodontist is very thorough and takes the time to explain every step, which really puts us at ease. The assistants are amazing with my son, he genuinely loves going to his appointments. Most importantly, he walks out of every visit feeling more confident. His braces are doing wonders, and you can tell how much pride this team takes in their work. I honestly don’t think any other office could top the care we receive here. Highly, highly recommend!

I have been taking my daughter here for her braces since the grand opening of this location and we absolutely love it. The facility is always clean, always has available seating in the lobby and a friendly staff. We always request Anthony! He’s the absolute best! Once again I want to leave a review for C.B. which continues to be an amazing assistant every time I go for my Invisalign appointments. She always greets me with a smile and we catch up on how our families are doing and what new is going on in our lives. That means a lot to me. It's completely different from my regular dentist office where it's always different people and there is never any small talk. ISmiles moved to a different location and it's such a big difference from the old place. Bigger office for sure, everything is always so clean and organized. The bedside manner of this doctor is impeccable! We recently switched dentist for our kids & drive close to an hour for our girls to be seen here after we were referred by a friend & had a bad experience elsewhere . I absolutely adore this place. We ended up finding it by chance and have been here twice now. When I needed to take my two year old to get her teeth looked at it made me extremely nervous because of my horrible experiences with dentists in the past. They are so welcoming and attentive. They addressed all my concerns and made me feel at ease. My daughter loves it there. They always are able to keep her attention and are very quick and efficient when doing check ups. The doctor even got on his personal phone and was looking up things to help my daughter stop sucking on her middle and ring finger. Beyond happy that we stumbled upon this place.
